  JOUNEY BEGINS:

HEY EVERYONE, I AM KAJAL AND I AM HERE TO WRITE MY VERY FIRST BLOG WHICH I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD BE DOING.SINCE I HAVE STARTED MY POST GRADUATION COURSE IN FASHION DESIGNING SO MAINTAINNG A BLOG IS A PART OF MY MODULE.I HOPE YOU GUYS WILL FIND IT INTERESTING TO READ.SO, ON THE VERY FIRST DAY OF OUR CLASSES WE GOT TO KNOW OUR FACULTIES AND THE INTODUCTION SESSIONS WENT PRETTY WELL.HERE IS WHAT I'M GOING TO LET YOU GUYS AWARE OF WHAT SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY MEANS.


 SOCIAL RESPOSIBILITY:

 Social responsibility is an ethical theory in which individuals are accountable for fulfilling their civic duty, and the actions of an individual must benefit the whole of society. In this way, there must be a balance between economic growth and the welfare of society and the environment.

DIVERSE CULTIRE:


 It is about appreciating that society is made up of many different groups with different interests, skills, talents and. needs. It also means that you recognize that people in society can have differing religious beliefs and sexual orientations to you.




SOCIETY :


Society is an organized group of person associated together for religious, benevolent, cultural, scientific, political, patriotic, or other purposes. It is also a group of people involved with each other through persistent relations.





EXPERIENCE:


Experience is knowledge or skill in a particular job or activity that you have gained because you have done that job or activity for a long time. Experience is used to refer to the past events, knowledge, and feelings that make up someone's life or character.








VALUES AND ETHICS:



Ethics refers to the guidelines for conduct, that address question about morality. Value is defined as the principles and ideals, which helps them in making the judgement of what is more important. Ethics is a system of moral principles. In contrast to values, which is the stimuli of our thinking.










SOCIAL STRUCTURE:

It refers to a relatively enduring pattern of social arrangements or interrelations within a particular society, organization or group. It influences what is taught in school, how it is taught and what is learned. For example it includes FAMILY, RELIGION, LAW, ECONOMY, AND CLASS. Also it significantly influences larger system such as ECONOMIC SYSTEMS, LEGAL SYSTEMS.POLITICAL SYSTEMS, CULTURAL SYSTEMS.
